Welcome to Core Fashion Academy. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, corefashionacademy.com (the “Site”), and the services, courses, and content offered.

By accessing or using our Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

1. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise indicated, the Site and all its content, including course materials, videos, text, graphics, logos, and software (collectively, “Content”), are the proprietary property of Core Fashion Academy and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited license to access and use the Site and to download or print a copy of any portion of the Content to which you have properly gained access solely for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not share, re-sell, or reproduce any course materials.

2. User Registration

To enroll in our courses, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information.
• Maintain the security of your password and identification.
• Be fully responsible for all use of your account and for any actions that take place using your account.
• Not share your account login credentials with any other person.

3. Course Enrollment and Access

Upon successful payment, you will be granted access to the course(s) you have purchased. Access is for a single user only. We reserve the right to change or withdraw course content at any time.

4. Payments and Refund Policy

All payments for courses and digital products are processed through our third-party payment gateway, Razorpay. By making a purchase, you agree to our Refund Policy, which is incorporated fully into these Terms.

a) Certified Fashion Courses We offer a 24-hour, no-questions-asked refund guarantee on our multi-week certified courses.

• Your request must be submitted via email to support@corefashionacademy.com within 24 hours of your original purchase.
• Refunds will be processed within a maximum of 28 working days.
• Once a refund is processed for a specific course, you will not be eligible to register for that same course again in the future.

b) Downloadable Digital Products (Non-Refundable) All purchases for downloadable digital products (e.g., eBooks, templates, guides) are final and non-refundable once accessed.

c) Live Skill Workshops and Webinars Enrollments for live workshops are generally non-refundable. A credit for a future workshop may be issued if a cancellation request is made at least 48 hours in advance.

d) Affiliate Products and Resources Purchases made through third-party affiliate links are governed by the refund policy of the respective brand or platform.

5. Student Conduct and Prohibited Activities

As a user of the Site, you agree not to:

• Systematically retrieve data or other content from the Site to create a collection, compilation, database, or directory without written permission from us.
• Use the Site to advertise or offer to sell goods and services.
• Harass, annoy, intimidate, or threaten any of our employees or other students.
• Post or share content that is unlawful, obscene, or defamatory.
• Attempt to impersonate another user or person.

Violation of these terms may result in the immediate termination of your account without a refund.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and defined by the laws of India. Core Fashion Academy and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of Nagpur, Maharashtra, shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.

The information provided on the Site and in our courses is for educational purposes only. We make no guarantees about the results you will achieve from our courses. Your success depends on your own effort, motivation, and commitment.
