Shipping & Delivery Policy

This policy outlines how you will receive access to digital services and how physical products purchased from Core Fashion Academy are shipped and delivered.

1. Course & Digital Product Delivery

• Instant Access: Upon successful completion of your payment for any online course, workshop, or downloadable product, you will receive immediate access.

• Confirmation Email: A confirmation email containing your purchase details and a link to access your student dashboard or download link will be sent to the email address you provided during checkout. This email typically arrives within a few minutes.

• Troubleshooting Access: If you do not receive this email within one hour, please check your spam folder before contacting our support team at support@corefashionacademy.com

2. Physical Product Shipping

This section applies to any physical goods purchased from our Site, such as student kits, fabric samples, or printed certificates.

• Order Processing Time: All orders are processed within 72 hours (Monday – Friday, excluding public holidays in Nagpur, Maharashtra). After your order is processed, it will be handed over to our courier partner for shipment.

• Estimated Delivery Times:

  • Domestic Shipping (Pan India): Please allow up to 14 days for your order to be delivered.

  • International Shipping: For orders outside of India, please allow up to 28 days for delivery.

• Shipping Costs: Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout. The cost depends on the delivery destination and the weight of the package. Any customs duties or taxes for international shipments are the responsibility of the customer.

• Order Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number, allowing you to check the status of your delivery
